Good design is more than a beautiful form. It gives products their identity, it increases the utility value, and it meets economic and technical criteria.

I was always fascinated by the problem to combine technical challenges with aesthetics. In the course of my career I used several different software tools and methods of modelling. I worked in interdisciplinary teams with engineers, psychologists, computer scientists and process engineers. This helped me to get insight into many different work processes and mentalities. Some of my developments were honoured in design competitions, which gave me a boost in confidence as well as in the motivation to work in interdisciplinary projects.

Software Skills

I have been working with Photoshop, Indesign and illustrator for over 10 years now. This allows me to give my Work the „final touch“.

C4d is a very intuitive tool to build 3d scenes and to quickly solve simple rendering and modeling  tasks.

Every time I develop a scene or create a model I use 3ds max. In 2014 I additionally began to start working with the render engine VRED.

Maxwell is my favourite tool for visualization. The HDR Light Studio makes it a very power- and useful tool.

During the development process it is very important to quickly change or even revamp your design. My choice is therefore Solid Works

Rhino is superior to Solid Works in one important way – it is simply able to read more data formats.
